To assist with better understanding our safety culture, JJ’s Waste & Recycling are partnering with icare (our workers compensation insurer in NSW) to facilitate a safety culture survey across Australia and New Zealand. The survey will provide us with collective insights about the safety culture in our business to support with influencing a positive change around injury prevention.

To assist with informing you as leaders within the business you are required to please register for a session with our icare representatives, Esther Ekkelenkamp or Clinton Jarmon, who will  provide you with details on the survey including:

  1. WHAT is it
  2. WHY we are doing it
  3. HOW we keep people’s responses confidential
  4. YOUR ROLE in the process

*Glendenning managers/supervisors please register for 1pm Thursday 27th January 2022 as icare will be onsite to deliver the session.
